Account Registration

To open an account and use the services at ktk99, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each person is permitted to open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, phone number, address — must be completely true and accurate.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential. Login details must not be shared with any third party.
• An account may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any other person.
• You must notify ktk99 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Identity Verification

ktk99 may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, a national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents may need to be submitted. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age Verification & Eligibility

The ktk99 platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. If a minor registers or uses the platform, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons are not eligible to use ktk99:

• Those who, or whose family members, have voluntarily requested self-exclusion from the platform.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.
• Officers, employees of the platform, or their close relatives.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at ktk99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party payments will not be accepted.

Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met to request a withdrawal:

Fraudulent Transactions

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is offered on the first deposit at ktk99, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Policy

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, ktk99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• ktk99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts or a proxy, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided.

Fair Play Policy

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Platform

ktk99 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or fake documents.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be considered for return after investigation; however, the balance may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.

Closure by the User

You may request account closure or temporary suspension at any time through our support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

ktk99 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, the platform is not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• Account damage resulting from user negligence (such as sharing a password).

• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure situations.

In any situation, the maximum liability of ktk99 will be limited to the user's actual account balance at that time.
